As
the President-At-Large and creative head of BigTime, Peter has
produced, created, co-wrote, directed and performed in over a
thousand productions, entertaining over 100,000 people, all over the
world. Some of Peters favorite BigTime highlights include
entertaining the Canadian Forces personnel in the Persian Gulf,
producing and directing a stage show for 5000 guests at the National
Hockey Leagues 50th Anniversary All-Star Reception, and writing
and performing shows for the Maho Beach Resort in St. Maarten, N.A.
In
2001, Dillon co-founded A.C.T. (Acting for Cinema and Television), a
company that offers screen training courses in Ottawa, and does its
part to introduce local performers to casting agents and producers.
He has a lot of fond memories of co-managing the growing company and
teaching adult screen acting classes. Currently, Pete teaches screen
acting from time to time for various organizations throughout the city.
In
April 2005, Peter was named one of the Ottawa Business Journals
Top Forty Under 40"; an award that acknowledges
Ottawas business elite. That same year Peter was named one of
Ottawas Top 50 People by Ottawa Life Magazine. |
